Built in White House. Family-Owned.
Norfleet Builders is a family company based in White House, TN. We started it from zero, and we've grown it to about 20 homes a year across Robertson and Sumner County. We live here, our office is here, and you'll see our trucks on 31W.
We build one way: a fixed price, in writing, before we break ground. You pick a plan, make your finish selections, and that number is your number. No allowances, no change orders unless you ask for one. If we miss something on our end, that's our problem, not yours.
