How does your fixed price process work?

You choose a floor plan, make your finish selections, and we lock in one number — in writing. That's your price. We don't use allowances that leave you exposed to overages, and we don't issue change orders unless you request a change. If we miscalculate something on our end, that's our problem, not yours.

How do I get started?

The process starts with your land. If you already own a lot in Robertson or Sumner County, we'll schedule a site visit to evaluate it for your chosen floor plan — soil, setbacks, utilities, and orientation. If you're still looking, we can help you assess a lot before you buy so you don't purchase land that creates problems later. Once the site checks out, we select your plan, lock pricing, and connect you with construction financing if needed.
